Shipment: Items will ship within 7 business days of purchase. Always double check your address when placing your orders. If a package is returned because the address provided during checkout was not correct or has been refused by the address, we are not responsible for re-shipping. Your order will be canceled and we will only refund your purchase price less all shipping cost.
Returns and Exchanges: If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within three days. Recollections will refund your purchase price less shipping, so long as it is returned in its original shipping box, unused and in sellable condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer will pay all shipping costs to return the product to Recollections. We can not accept any return over 10 days after purchase. If you receive an item that's been damaged please contact us immediately (within 3 days) and we will replace it or refund at no cost. We want you to be happy with our products so please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
